Jeremy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1975 and has been specialising in Insolvency since 1976. He has had experience in both large and medium sized firms but prefers to practise through a small firm which he believes can better deliver a quality personal service at a sensible price. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Insolvency Committee and its Insolvency Special Interest Group Steering Committee. He is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Richard Floyd FCA FIPA
Richard is based in the firm’s Guildford office. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1962 and has specialised in Insolvency ever since. Richard has written several authoratative reference books on Corporate Recovery and various insolvency subjects. He is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
Simon Knight BA(Hons) MIPA
Simon is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, having obtained his CPI with distinction and passing all his exams at the first sitting. He is based in the Brighton office. He has specialised in insolvency since 2005 and co-authors Sweet & Maxwell’s technical reference book on Personal Insolvency.
Richard and Simon are co-authors of “Personal Insolvency – A Practical Guide” published by Sweet & Maxwell.
